Beef Lok Lak

Made from beef and tomatoes, onion. Decorated with salad
Sauce: black pepper and lemon juice.
Beef Lok Lak is a Cambodian/Vietnamese cuisine.
No one really knows but it is believed that this dish emerged from Vietnam during the French colonial period.

Curry

Made with either pork or chicken - cooked with coconut oil.
It has lemon grass, peanuts & vegetables including eggplant, sweet potato & onion.
It can be made as spicy (or not) as you like.

Amok

Amok is made from either pork chicken or fish - cooked with coconut oil, eggs, peanuts, lemongrass and a plant called "neow" (meaning - life of the tree).
Can be as spicy (or not) as you like.
This is a traditional Cambodian food. Similar to the Thai version, not quite the same because the Thai version is always spicy, here we let people choose how spicy it should be.

Vegetables at morning glory, lemongrass, coconut oil, peanut and tamarind fruit.
This is a popular dish for the rural area of Cambodia.

Spring roll.

Made with Cucumber, pork, garlic & peanuts. To be eaten with fish sauce.
The sauce is made with a little sugar and nuts, along with different seasonal ingredients to make it a little bit sour.
It's a very popular local dish but is not a traditional Cambodian dish.
